What it's like once you've hired us.
“…replace our roof that was severely damaged by recent storms… they came out promptly, walked us through the condition of our roof, didn't pressure us into work we didn't need, and gave a clear, written breakdown of the cost.”
“The work crew came exactly as scheduled and were very efficient and respectful. After our roof replacement there was no additional cleanup to be done, which is crazy.”
“Debbie (owner) and Thomas (field supervisor) are professional in their respective areas of responsibility… Debbie even came out to the job…”

03Questions
What people ask after a storm.
Do I call my insurer or a roofer first?
Photograph the damage, then have the roof inspected before you file. The inspection tells you whether there's enough damage to be worth a claim, and it costs nothing.
What will I pay if insurance covers the roof?
Usually your deductible, plus anything you add that the policy doesn't cover. In Texas, hail often carries its own deductible, worked out from the home's insured value: 2% of $200,000 is $4,000. If your policy pays only actual cash value, you also pay the amount it takes off for the old roof's age.
Is my roof damaged if it isn't leaking?
It can be. Hail bruises and cracks shingles without making a hole, and the leak can come months later. An inspection tells you.
The adjuster says no damage and the roofer says damage. Now what?
Ask your insurer to inspect again. If you still disagree, most Texas policies let you ask for an appraisal, where each side picks someone to value the damage, and you can complain to the Texas Department of Insurance.
How far do you go?
Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Iowa Park and the towns around them, as far as Vernon, Seymour, Olney, Graham, Jacksboro and Bowie. Farther than that, call and ask.
